PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DELIVER TO AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND ADDRESSES ONLY

Only goods shipped within Australia are shipped at no cost to the customer.

Goods shipped to New Zealand attract a flat rate shipping cost of $10.

All goods are shipped by Australia Post, registered post or platinum express post depending on order value for fast delivery.

We despatch Monday to Friday. We cannot despatch on the weekend or public holidays.

Order by midday AEST and we send out the same business day.

Delivery to most areas is 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery should be to:
A Post Office Box (preferred)
A Business address
A Securely Locked Mail Box

Warranty & Refunds
In the event of a defect caused by a manufacturing fault, occurring within six months of purchase, the item will be replaced. Wear and tear or damage caused by inappropriate use of the jewellery is not covered by this policy. Chamilia-Jewellery.com.au will not replace an item if we feel it has been handled inappropriately.

Jewellery items with stones, dangling charms and Murano glass beads are particularly delicate and and need to be treated with care.

Examples of wear and tear and inappropriate use:

• Damage caused by dangling charms which catch on clothing etc.
• Rolling bracelets on and off the wrists without undoing the clasp.
• Exposing Chamilia jewellery to chemicals as outlined in the ‘Caring for Chamilia Jewellery’ flyer (e.g. swimming pools and spas).
• Wearing jewellery playing vigorous sport or activity which puts the jewellery under duress.
• Dropping jewellery on the floor (Murano beads are GLASS).

Returning items:
If the defect is caused by a genuine manufacturing fault please contact us to arrange for its return. A copy of your order/receipt MUST be provided together with a brief explanation of the problem. Once the details have been verified we will send a replacement. It is your responsibility to fully insure the item for its return to us. We cannot refund if it is lost in the mail. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not in original condition and will return the goods to you at your cost.
